When TechShop, a part of the United Methodist Communications online store decided to launch an app creation service for churches, this campaign was designed to notify all TechShop customers about the new product.  The list size for emails with United Methodist Communications was typically around 35,000 with above average open rates of 15% and higher.  We made sure that emails were responsive, reached inboxes in all types of email clients, had both image and text versions and followed email best practices.
